Quality Director - Oxfordshire - Manufacturing

I'm currently recruiting for a Quality Director/Manager within a leading organisation that specialises within the manufacturing industry. Working in a well established organisation based in South Wales. They design and manufactures equipment into the Automotive, Aerospace & Medical Device sectors. This is a varied role that will challenge your ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internally Responsible for the Quality Department Contribute to the inspection and QA processes Collaborate with multiple departments in ensuring continuous improvement Ensure all Quality activity is compliant with standards and procedures Introduce new strategy whilst developing current QMS systems and lead the continous improvement effort. The salary for this position is negotiable, with an excellent bonus scheme and added benefits. A relocation allowance is granted where applicable.
