Quality Control Manager

The successful candidate will work for project team for Defence fire & Risk management organisation, and will be conducting an assurance review, testingexperience of testing and evaluating current training courses and their delivery and suggesting methods of improvement

You will be a C1 Grade within the MoD and will also be required to travel to 1 or 2 training sites locally, of which £2,500 will be covered by expenses.

Any MoD experience, is desirable

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage quality assurance processes and ensure that all policy, procedures, processes and systems are compliant with regulatory requirements;
- Participate in the development of process and quality systems improvement and assist in quality through active participation with plant quality and operational leadership;
- Manage all QC personnel with focus on talent development, performance management and personal development;
- Promote a continuous improvement approach to improve product quality, reduce quality complaint levels year on year and reduce waste.
- Assist with the development of a vfmb cost model through the development of future training options.
