Quality Control Analyst III Job

QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST III - CHEMISTRY is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in FRAMINGHAM, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Write Trackwise deviations, Lab Investigations, CAPAs, Tasks, Effectiveness reviews, and audit observations (This is the primary responsibility of this role and constitutes approximately 70% of the shift)
- Implement CAPAs, tasks, and effectiveness reviews with the assistance of QC Management
- Perform project work for department such as internal metric generation
- Maintain a high level of personal compliance to the required standards.
- Ensure cGMP compliance of all activities performed in laboratory.
- Represent QC Chemistry in internal and external audits as required
- Partner with manufacturing and support operations to ensure a culture of continuous compliance
- May provide shadowing or mentoring training to new employees.
- Partner with manufacturing, quality and support groups to resolve all deviations within agreed timelines.
- Partner with manufacturing, quality and support groups to develop effective CAPA to reduce deviation reoccurrence.
- Potentially facilitate regulatory related CAPAs and audit responses.
- Assist in generating metrics at the required frequency which drive accountability and delivery of targets
- Engage with the LEAN Team to support continuous improvement of quality and manufacturing systems using Lean tools and implementation of actions arising from Lean and other continuous improvement events.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS or MS degree in related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in chemistry
