Quality Contractor Job

QUALITY ENGINEER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Allentown, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supports the quality applications, systems, processes, tools and continues improvement
- Monitor customer portals and take actions for NCMs and CAR
- Process RGA's that have come in as applicable.
- Support Customer Service as needed.
- Maintain the data entry/record keeping for quality processes.
- Field calls from product managers and other personnel in the Allentown location
- Follow up with Head of Purchasing/Quality/Procurement (non ABE) for next steps.
- Programs for the units CVAM NAFTA program
- Facilitate calls regarding quality issues and follow up with Head of Purchasing/quality/Procurement.
- Test gauges and complete QR report to include disposition of parts; maintain the Q-hold process, enter Q-tags, and inspect tagged product.
- Process returns through CQTS.
- Conduct incoming material inspect that has been held on Q-Block.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Five (5) years of experience in the quality support experience with quality applications, systems, processes, tools and continuous improvement programs.
- Coordinate activities for quality contractor working in the warehouse on quality related tasks
- Knowledge of test gauges and complete quality report to include disposition of parts
- Process returns and ensuring material inspection has been made.
