As Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager you will head up a team of 13 employees on site. You will be responsible for driving all Quality and Continuous Improvement process' on site. Interested? We are looking for some of the best Quality and CI Managers in the industry. You will need to have proven experience in a similar role ideally within Aerospace or Automotive industry but other industries would be considered. Again ideally you will be degree educated and Six Sigma black belt qualified but this is flexible for any good candidates with proven experience. Most important is a can- do attitude and the ability to get hands- own when needed and a proven track record.
On offer for the role is a starting salary of up to £65,000 dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience. There is also a generous benefits package which includes company car, pension and bonus.
