QUALITY CONSULTANT needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Alpharetta, GA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assist with compliance quality remediation activities
- Liaison between divisions and sites and will provide updates on remediation activities
- Assess current status of compliance audits based on last revised and approved audit schedule
- Follow up with auditors when information has not been provided to the compliance team
- Ensure audit files are completed, scanned, filed in the compliance SharePoint site and with document control
- Maintain audit files, audit tool and SharePoint as needed
- Review for accuracy against requirements
- Provide input for execution of remediation plan
- File documentation to audit file
- Provide a monthly audit status report
- Help in the development of the IT Audit Module in EtQ
- Provide onsite support and coordination for client Healthcare Compliance Quality System Team with daily and also remediation activities at Corporate Roswell campus
- Support and coordinate the activities of both onsite Roswell support personnel as well as those of additional resources from divisions assigned temporarily to support this project
- Provide liaison between the divisions including Acrymed personnel, I Flow Lake Forest personnel and personnel to ensure all actions required are completed according to the plan
- Provide status updates on remediation activities to senior level staff and recommendations for Quality Systems changes required
- Key areas of focus will include: assessing audit files for completeness, collect supplier contact information as needed and provide input in relation to the compliance system as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in SharePoint is a plus
- Must have at least a high school diploma
