QUALITY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST-SAP

PURPOSE OF ROLE

- Responsibility for the creation of all change controls and associated approvals relating to the SAP programme on Phenix.
- Support IMCF preparation for GMID project.
- Maintain excellent Customer and Stakeholder relationships.

REPORTING POSITION

Reports to Quality Stream Lead

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for the creation and management of all change controls in relation to the SAP programme.

This includes;

- Engagement with change owners/system owners in order to create a change plan
- Coordinating change plan meeting with key stakeholders
- Creation of approved change plan on Phenix including assignment of tasks
- Follow up with task owners to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Interface with Site Technical Compliance lead on any change control issues
- Escalation to program team of any issues
- Maintain all required Quality documents in a current
- Completion of IMCF paperwork for Supply Chain Specialist
- Coordination of IMCF approvals on behalf of Supply Chain Specialist
- Actively participate in the Company's Lean Programme
- Support Performance Management cycle on site

QUALIFICATIONS

- Recognised third level qualification
- Proven track record in a quality/compliance related role

EXPERIENCE

- Change Control Experience required
- Quality Assurance background would be beneficial

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP system/GMP compliance
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Planning and organisation skills
- Ability to support and challenge others
