Quality Compliance Manager, South East Based, Competitive Salary

One of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the UK, ranked in the world's top 20, are looking to acquire the services of a first class Quality Compliance Manager.

Due to an increasing demand on the quality team and the increase in product distribution you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Quality Compliance team, ensure the compliance of products and facilities for the UK and promote quality within my client.

The successful candidate will manage the quality compliance team, ensuring that work is carried out to the appropriate standard. You will be responsible for training and developing all staff within the quality compliance team and performing evaluations on all staff.

You will support the qualified persons in the provision, review and approval of supporting data for license variations and ensure the timely review of batch documentations.

This role will suit a candidate who has strong experience working within all areas of compliance and who demonstrates excellent leadership skills.
