QUALITY COMPLIANCE ANALYST/AUDITOR - SEVERN TRENT WATER

FLEXIBLE MIDLANDS LOCATION - WARWICK, DERBY, STOKE ON TRENT

£200 - £250 PER DAY - 3 MONTH CONTRACT

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Compliance Analyst/Auditor to design and implement quality assurance on our external service provider's commercial contract (Sewerage Services) within the region.

The job holder will oversee the development of the audit scope and criteria produce a QA programme on third party processes and conduct audits as required with assigned suppliers in conjunction with the regional internal operational teams.

QUALITY COMPLIANCE ANALYST/AUDITOR ROLE

Design, implement and manage a robust audit programme to continually monitor contractor compliance against contractual and KPI obligations

Plan, conduct & manage audits for all SCM Contract Partners, ensuring consistency and best practice throughout

Analyse and present audit findings and make recommendations to Contract Partners.

Identify and justify key issues and improvement opportunities to ensure continuous improvement & process development

Formulate & manage follow up Contract Partner audit programmes with the relevant contractors to verify their corrective actions have been implemented to address all agreed deficiencies and improvements.

Work collaboratively with external Contractors to identify and resolve issues and exceptions where there is no pre-defined protocol

Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve customer service through revising protocol where appropriate

Build and maintain effective communication links with members of the Service Delivery, SCM Commercial Team, SCM Contract Partner, STW and relevant external bodies to ensure that the SCM contract design and implementation meets the needs of the customer

QUALITY COMPLIANCE ANALYST/AUDITOR REQUIREMENTS

Experience of conducting QA process audits and development of quality management processes ideally within an operational environment.

Experience with developing policy/processes in a service delivery environment to overcome ongoing issues as they arise, ideally working with outsourced providers.

Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent experience of quality management, including internal auditor qualification

Full clean driving license
