Quality co-Ordinator/Inspector

SPS Quality Co-ordinator- Inspector/Aberdeen/12 month contract/Phone interview next week

My client due to a member of staff leaving is looking for a contractor with the below experience. The ideal candidate will have the following:

Critical Skills and Capabilities Intimate knowledge of the manufacture and testing of sub-sea X-mas trees, Intimate knowledge of oil & gas industry codes and standards including API 6A, API 17D, API 17J, API 17B, ISO 13628-5, ISO 13628-8 Coordination and supervision of third party inspection agency personnel Knowledge of NDT, welding, coating inspection and metals manufacturing processes Knowledge of criticality assessment processes and their application to supply chain quality management

Minimum 15 years experience in the application of quality assurance and quality control for oil & gas projects

Extensive experience in the manufacture of SPS and related materials and equipment to international standards

Experience in interacting with EPFS contractors including the implementation of verification and quality management processes.

Sound knowledge of Heat Treatment, NDT, metals manufacturing processes including corrosion resistant alloys

Sound knowledge of Factory acceptance testing (FAT) requirements relating to sub-sea equipment
