Quality & BI Manager

Role:

Maintain and improve Quality Management System against ISO9001 standard

Design and implement effective Quality Assurance Systems.

Champion and promote Continuous improvement, Quality Achievement and Performance improvement throughout the business and drive the effective implementation of improvement work.

Determine standards of inspection for components and finished parts, including appropriate methods of control.

Design and deliver training programmes in Quality Tools and Lean Methodologies to multi functional teams

Manage a team of 2 Quality Engineers

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Industry experience in either Automotive,Defence,Nuclear or Aerospace
Previous experience of managing a Quality Team
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kanban,5S etc
Proven track record of improving operating processes.
Experience of Quality Management, ISO9001 etc
