A globally renowned media and technology organisation would like to welcome a proven and energetic Quality Assurance & UX Specialist to add immediate value to their successful eMarketing division.

The Role

Responsible for the overall direction of the European Online User experience
Enforcement of the Global and European official web designs and UX policies in line with strategic plans approved by management for the European websites.
Set QA guidelines & define process, coordinate end-to-end quality monitoring activities for European websites:
Quality monitoring, reporting and root cause analysis of customer satisfaction indicators on the European websites site (error pages, support velocity, search quality, system performance…)
Ensure that Brand standards are followed
Initiate and drive targeted quality improvement projects in cooperation with global and European teams and stakeholders

Core Responsibilities

Liaise with other departments and partners to ensure the development of relevant and legally compliant content for the site.
Ensuring that any website form the organisation is continuously improved, regularly updated and maintained adhering to strict best
Coordinate and overlook end-to-end quality monitoring, analysis, reporting and follow-up activities (daily, weekly, monthly) across the multi-country/-language digital content platform
Maintain all our websites with one user centered design based on analytics and User lab research
Establish monitors and analyses performance metrics and measures for the main websites and uses that to guide improvements to the content, functionality and interactivity of the website in order to increase customer satisfaction and numbers of visitors
Responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO strategies for our websites in order to increase our organic traffic
Identifying search patterns or issues and providing recommendations to increase our on-site quality score
Domain name management: Requesting required redirects, DNS entries approval, registering and renewing generic, country coded domain names and GTLDs
Maintain European online website inventory, following up on new websites or retirement of the current ones.
Monitor our online content and server logs to detect broken links or issues that could generate error pages that impact our customers, taking the necessary actions to mitigate them

Skills

Bachelor or Master Degree in information technology, Information Architecture, Communications, Design or related Degree.
At least 2 years of experience designing user interfaces for Web, tablet, and mobile, following user-centered design principles -Experience designing in native mobile
Analysing analytical data for the purpose of proposing innovative solutions to problems.
Keen interest in data mining and savvy in learning on web technologies and user experience
Excellent knowledge of English spoken & written, additional languages considered a plus
