Quality Assurance Tester Job

QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bellingham, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Ensure that all custom software developed by IT is thoroughly test and defect free before being placed into Production.
- Quality assurance tester will develop and execute test plans for software projects, including task breakdown, resource requirements, timeline and appropriate testing strategy.
- Communicate clearly to the development team so that they are aware of all software defects or usability issues.
- Quality assurance tester will create automated test scripts and utilize test automation for initial and regression testing. Maintain all regression suites so that they are up-to-date and fully functional.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience in the following types of testing: functional, reliability, stress, performance, and load.
- Highly proficient with multiple-browser testing using most popular browser versions.
- An understanding of and skill in providing excellent customer service.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in test Scripting
- Customer relationship management (CRM) experience
- Database experience
