Quality Assurance/Test Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Define a scalable test environment
-Define regression tests to insure the product can be tested reliably and repeatedly to enable a weekly release cycle
-Automate and optimize the regression test
-Identify and define testing architecture and testing pyramid to insure efficient testing
-Enable development scrum teams to deliver regression testing during sprints
-Define test workflows and desired results to avoid unnecessary testing
-Coach existing 3-man QA/Test team

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proven experiences as a Quality Assurance Professional able to define test strategies and test workflows
-Knowledge of the latest test tools
-Ideally, experience of C++, Full Stack React and Python Django environments
