QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in BREA, CA

- Experienced with QA documentation
- Experienced with Validation and risk assessment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Review and assign incoming Complaints.
- Perform complaint investigations into alleged product non-conformances
- Operate Clinical Chemistry analyzers to determine product functionality.
- Contact customers in the field to obtain all necessary information to investigate fully.
- Control distribution of product from regulatory perspective through stop ship processes.
- Perform Risk Assessments for determining CAPA eligibility.
- Escalation product issues to senior management.
- Conduct reviews of complaint trending to determine CAPA eligibility.
- Represent QA on development, current business or product improvement projects.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Adheres to technical standards.
- Monitors policy procedures and standards.
- Recommends changes and process improvements.
- Adheres to policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a medical device manufacturing company
- Degree level in a Science or Engineering related discipline
- Experienced in operating Clinical Chemistry Analyzers
- Performed reviews or risk assessment to determine CAPA Eligibility
- Medical Laboratory experience an advantage
