QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Chaska, MN

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Immunoassay Product lines
- Complaint Investigations
- Good Manufacturing Practices

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform complaint investigations
- Ensuring that all complaints are processed in accordance with established company procedures and worldwide regulations and standards.
- Generate and prepare quality data reports
- Performs risk assessments and escalates important issues for Corrective and Preventive
- Action eligibility, and contacts the customer if necessary for the investigation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Six (6+) years' experience in a medical/regulated environment
- Understanding GMP or ISO regulations
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Applications such as Word and Excel

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in Post Market Surveillance/QA
