Quality Assurance Tech II

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about creating the absolute best customer experience for Amazon's digital media customers. As a key member of the Cloud Drive team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and build a brand new product.

QA teams are responsible for design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of test automation systems, the creation of software tools used to perform build verification and regression tests, and driving quality-centric methodologies in the software development process. You will be part of a strong team in a fast-paced, start-up like environment where agile development is embraced and innovation is encouraged.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Expert in software quality and testing methodologies
- Expert in test automation tools
- Experience with Test Design Patterns
- Experience with automation using Java, C#, C++
- Strong working knowledge of operating system fundamentals
- Relentless customer focus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience with testing methodologies for consumer devices
- Experience developing or testing database systems
- Experience developing or testing operating systems
- Experience developing or testing storage systems
