Quality Assurance (QA)/SIP Lab Test Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) LAB ENGINEER to join our client in the Greenwood Village, Colorado area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lab resource to support planning, testing and implementation of several SIP projects sponsored by the client's Business Division.
- Projects, including SIP over coax, 12 channel PRI, and BAU support of SIP products currently deployed, are revenue-generating and vital to the client's business plans for 2013.
- Working in conjunction with existing lab engineers, will assume execution of test plans and support of field issues. This will allow existing lab engineers to move to new engineering tasks where their skills are most needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong SIP experience
- Experience with PRI, ISDN, SS7
- Experience with various Legacy PBX and IPPBX, including Asterisk
- Experience with test tools, such as JDSU, Empirix, Wireshark, etc.
- Experience with Broadsoft, and to a lesser degree, Cedar Point and Nortel soft switch platforms

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Experience with other softswitch platforms, such as Metaswitch
- Experience with eMTAs, DOCSIS
- Experience with Sonus
- Experience with MGCP/NCS
- Experience with Cisco and Adtran gateways
