Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engage in software quality assurance testing to ensure quality and integrity of software products.

Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases, defect reports, and quality assurance summaries. - Actively prepare, write, and execute automated regression tests. These tests will primarily involve a Web-based GUI, using SpecFlow, Selenium, and MS Test. The tests will be automatically run on Continuous Integration/Deployment server - Jenkins.
- Build test suite based on design specifications, requirements, and wireframes in an agile environment based on sprint planning and short release cycles.
- Understand the scope of large scale data-driven projects and focus on corporate goals and ability to organize and scale workload for a small team of testers.
- Develop a test strategy to test complicated system changes by working with development.
- Notify development of all identified issues found as a result of testing.
- Retest all remediated problems corrected by development.
- Be able to work with offshore development partners and drive project testing activities via phone and e-mail.
- Work in a creative and fun work environment that actively encourages learning, growth, and individual development.

- Superior attention to detail.
- AngularJS, HTML, CSS knowledge is desirable.
- Financial Services industry experience is desirable.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to operate proactively.
- High standards of quality and personal integrity.
- Real world experience with the .NET framework.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
