JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support to users of various company systems.
Troubleshoot user problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action.
- Write and perform technical writing, create project reports and lead projects as directed.
- Familiar with center dispatch and central office technician processes and special services process flows is desirable.
- This position requires the quality analyst to review requirements documents, write test steps and cases and execute the test steps in test environments.
- Writing and of documenting features into job aids and methods and procedures for users is required after testing is completed.
- A subject matter expert in Microsoft Excel is a must for tracking assignments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous WFA/C,WFA/DI, WFA/DO, vRepair, eCO systems, and TIRKs system knowledge for center dispatching of central office technicians and special service processes for the dispatching of technicians is a must.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and train users on features after implementation tasks are completed.
- Helpline, and Out of hours and weekends schedule is required on a rotation basis with the team.
