This individual will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the team's testing deliverables and interacting with the development, project management, and internal and external clients in order to plan test iterations/releases, mitigate risk, manage scope changes, define processes and ensure that the team adheres to processes and ultimately ensures a timely and quality delivery of software and hardware testing activities for large scale system deployments.


- The successful candidate will help create, plan and execute comprehensive Field Test Plans (including scheduling) based on inputs from requirements, USIT, Supplier Management, Deployment and Field Execution.
- Document and communicate field test results
- Creates installation and support process including comprehensive test results
- Helps defines processes and plans regarding software and hardware field testing.
- Project to implement new concept
- Doing testing and deployment activities once the device is ready.
- Acting like PM from testing perspective.
- Tracking, some testing, heavy documentation, PM work.
- Software and hardware testing involved (mostly software).



- 6+ years' experience in the software development industry
- 2+ years' experience in technical Business Analyst or similar role
- 4 year degree, preferably in Computer Science, or similar
- Excellent planning, communication, presentation, and organizational skills are required
- 3-5 years of software testing and the SDLC process.
- 1-2 years familiar with hardware installations, deployments, and testing.
- 1-2 years with familiarity with networking and networking protocols.
- 3-5 years managing technical projects
- Experience with formal process methodologies, preferably related to testing and software development deliverables.
- Must be familiar with MS Products, (SharePoint, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Requirements gathering background needed.
- Self-starter with technical knowledge.
- Looking for someone that has come up through ranks of QA and is now a Project Manager.


- Working knowledge of restaurant POS sales practices (order-taking, assembly, presentation)
- An understanding of restaurant operations and field deployment practices with the ability to prioritize the operational needs of the business.
- The successful candidate will be able to work with various cross functional teams. Identify key stake holders and provide communications at a high and low level.
- Comfortable identifying testing, gaps, and issues and provides updates to various stakeholders outlining the issues in layman's terms.
- Comfortable communicating at various levels and can work independently.
- Kiosk/POS/QSR experience a big plus but not required.
- PMP a plus
