Our client has a job vacancy for a Quality Assurance Manager to work in Torbay. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is negotiable (limited company worker).

Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have 3 years experience within a statutory childcare setting in the UK?
Have you practiced at team manager level?
Do you have excellent IT and analytical skills?
Do you have quality assurance experience?

If you fit these requirements then you could be the ideal candidate.

Duties:
- You will be establishing and implementing an audit system for the whole of the children's services.
- You will be developing the role of the newly created principal social worker posts.
- You will be managing the Paris and workforce development teams.
- You will be providing date and analysis of date to senior managers.
- You will be contributing to the preparation of Ofsted inspection.
