Quality Assurance Manager - Mobile Telecom

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER - MOBILE TELECOM

Extra Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of a world leading IT services organization for a Quality Assurance Manager with 5+ years experience within the mobile telecommunication domain.

Candidates should possess the following:

- Thorough understanding of Operator's end to end Wireless Network - RAN, Circuit Core, Packet Core and VAS.
- Provides insight into the quality
- Performance (efficiency/effectiveness) of (existing/new) services
- Processes/systems by independent implementation
- Coordination of wide range of quality surveys
- Study, impact analysis and formulates research approach, performed
- Coordinates audits/tests/checks/measurements, key to quality, analyze and report findings.
- Discusses proposals for improvement, pulls (small) quality projects.
- Knowledge of measurement methods/techniques and project management.
- Good Communication and customer handling skills.
- Good Verbal and Spoken English and Dutch Communication.
