Quality Assurance Manager-Children & Families-Excellent rate

If you're an experienced Social Worker in search of a lucrative opportunity, then this could be your chance. My client is looking for an experienced qualified Social Worker who has practised at Team Manger level and who is at least 3 years post qualified experience. Excellent IT and analytical skills are also extremely important and you must have Quality Assurance experience.

The role will entail the following:

Establishing and implementing an audit system for the whole of children's services

Leading on developing the role of the newly created principle social worker posts

Managing the Paris and workforce development teams (approx 10 staff)

Providing data and analysis of data to senior managers

Contributing to the preparation for Ofsted inspection

Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience, but my client has indicated that it will be roughly between £40-48 per hour, meaning great earning potential.
