QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
My client a large Pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, is looking to take on a Quality Analyst for a long term freelance project. The role is for 18 months and rates are negotiable.
The role is an administrative Quality Analyst role to consolidate the Supplier Database and PSL.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Analysis of analysis results and reporting to functional manager
- Support and consulting for the development of corrective action plans and corrective actions at suppliers
- Collaboration with the purchasing departments regarding scheduling and communication with suppliers
- Collaboration with Quality Engineering departments regarding improvement of product quality
- Collaboration for the monitoring of the supplier data base
- Ensure the current system master data and internal information
- Advice and attending the internal customers
- Archiving and backup of documents
- Management/Support of internal improvement projects
The ideal candidate will need to have the below skills.
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Organizational talent, reliability, flexibility, personal initiative, good communication skills, customer/service orientation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform under pressure
- German is a required language
