Quality Assurance Lead

This position is in the Test Engineering team which creates QA direction, provides oversight to processes, supplements team activities, supports QA frameworks and tools. Responsible for working with FitNesse - Selenium automation in framework and execution. Responsible for validating use cases that will drive product development. Leads cross functional teams. Responsible for scheduling testing tasks for teams of analysts and updating manager on progress. Ensures that functional testing for entire product line is of high quality. Tasks are completed within a reasonable, agreed upon time frame. Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are of high quality. Manual testing using Quality center is part of the position.

SKILLS:

- Universally acknowledged as domain expert in product area.
- Thoroughly understands the complete end-to-end functioning of a product from the customer perspective as well as the internal functioning of the product.
- Organization follows Agile methodology, so must be a team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of IntelliJ, a source management system (ie SVN, GIT) and HP tools is a plus
