Quality Assurance Lead

Our client is a leading Clothing manufacturer who is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive Quality Assurance activities related to design, development, maintenance and support of application and data integration solutions.

Scope and Responsibilities:
As the Quality Assurance Lead you'll be a trusted member of our team with the following responsibilities:

- Drive Quality Assurance activities related to design, development, maintenance and support of application and data integration solutions.
- Partner with Quality Assurance Team, Application Engineering Leads, BSA Leads, Project Managers and Infrastructure Leads to design and develop best Quality Assurance strategy across the projects.
- Partner with all teams in planning and testing activities.
- Design and develop Quality Assurance best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area
- A minimum of 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience
- Experience with leading onsite and/or offshore team members
- Strong experience working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment
- Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities including the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior leaders within & outside the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in establishing, implementing and refining operations, policies and procedures applicable to software life cycle.
- Retail experience is highly preferred
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguous requirements
