-Perform the planning, development, and execution of product testing to verify the stability and useability of the product
-Activities include the design and creation of detailed test plans, test cases, and corresponding test procedures
-Perform research and product analysis to verify that features and functionality are performing according to requirements and customer expectations
-Work with Service Engineers, Technical Writers, Customer Support, and Global Service Owners, to resolve product functionality issues
-Capable of working productively with limited supervision
