Quality Assurance Engineer

In this unique opportunity you will work on a complex software project with the responsibility of implementing new testing methodologies to account for the quality of the software being created. In this role you will have responsibilities for automation, concept to final product testing and integrating test processes within the organization. You will be responsible for software ranging from web clients, to mobile to other offerings you will have to come learn about during the interviews.

You should be passionate about driving quality, testing and automation. You'll produce well designed methodologies, test cases and maintainable code using tools like Java, JUnit, Selenium, JMeter, AWS, and other technologies. We use Scrum, test-driven development, and other agile practices to meet business objectives, building our software incrementally, shipping code continuously, and refactoring systems as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of QAE experience writing test plans, test automation, and test cases
- Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience owning the testing of a feature from start to finish
- Experience writing and updating test cases

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with SQL
- Experience testing iPhone or Android applications
- Experience testing Web Applications
- Any Development experience

This contract position is expected to be 2 months in duration.
