For one of our clients, we are looking for a "Quality Assurance GMP Consultant"

JOB IDENTIFICATION:

DEPARTMENT: PRODUCT SUPPLY Quality Assurance

This position will directly support Alliance Partnership so as toensure the proper day to day oversight, from a global quality perspective (ie. outsourced activities and cross-functional topics), of the activities the client is performing from alliance partner.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide the documentation requested to fulfil the contractual obligations towards the partner
Liaise with the clients' RA, SC, CoE and various sites/functions in order to move the various projects (eg. Changes) forward
Troubleshooting on quality issues
Assist in deviations, change control, and complaints handling related to alliance partners
Revise quality agreements and related appendices
Review/activation of codes within the ERP system.

Ongoing communication with the partner on multiple topics.

EXPERTISE:

Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyses data and documentation.
Has knowledge of commonly-used regulations & guidelines within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

Skills required in planning, organising, directing, controlling, as well as the type of skills specific to the job's discipline, whether acquired by education, training, or experience.
Must be able to communicate in English (communication with other sites and partner required)
French and other languages are optional
Experienced in GMP and pharmaceutical environment

MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS: (ability to lead, motivate, inspire, resolve conflict, etc)

Analytical mindset
Self driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focuson high quality.
Able to communicate and motivate verbally or with written media.

EDUCATION:

Masters degree.

DELIVERING SOLUTIONS:

The incumbent must have an analytical mindset in order to analyze all the data and questions received, understand how they fit together, identify any potential issue, and propose solutions.

SPHERE OF INFLUENCE:

DECISION MAKING:

Be able to identify any issue/inconsistency or missing data, and determine when such issue/question need to be escalated to management.

COMMUNICATIONS:

(the type and manner of internal and external communications to achieve end results).
Ability to clearly communicate (orally and in written, eg emails) to partners and/or other sites and functions.
Ability to communicate (during teleconference, joint meeting, or through emails exchange) any potential issue/questions.
