Quality Assurance- Complaints Advisor- Derivatives

Quality Assessor--£600-750P/Day-London-Contract

A leading global bank is on the search for a Quality Assessor to come in to conduct file review for clients. The purpose is to monitor and quality assure original assessments of sales file already undertaken. You will need to individually undertake file reviews and compare this with the separate assessment team to make sure they match. The aim of this project is to drive the outcome of file of whether it meets the standards of FSA requirements.

Required skills:

* FSA rules/regulations experience
* Broad understanding of compliance within financial institutions.
* Background in suitability of products within environment
* Regulatory experience
* Understanding of interest rate derivatives products
* Interest rate, caps and collar product knowledge
