Quality Assurance CAPA Associate Job

QA CAPA ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CHATSWORTH, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assist with the compiling and maintenance of the backlogged CAPA and IA records for 2013 - 2014.
- Per daily instruction, review list of required actions/records in the CAPA and IA files.
- Identify and cross reference associated records to demonstrate completion of actions listed.
- Assist with the collection of missing records. (OE) if needed.
- Ensure all records are signed and dated.
- Provide updates to CAPA manager for final review, approval and closure.
- Organize completed CAPA and IA records and file documentation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three to five (3-5) years of work experience with responsibilities for QA department functions related to CAPA documentation process.
- Experience conducting internal auditing for GMP/ISO compliance, including performing audits, writing reports, working with process owners to ensure actions are identified, documented and completed.

- Knowledge of GMP & GDP requirements
- Some work experience in a quality background
