JOB DESCRIPTION  

- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AUDITING SERVICE TICKETS FOR COMPLIANCE A MUST
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AUDITING SERVICE TICKETS FOR GRAMMAR, SPELLING, AND PUNCTUATION A MUST.
- Ideal candidate will have at least one year of administrative experience,
- Extensive data entry knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritize numerous assignments.
- MS office experience needed
