Quality Assurance Associate Job

QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Malvern, PA.

- Product Complaints
- Quality Assurance
- GMP

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Log incoming product complaints into the QA product complaint database and track to closure
- Provide product complaint data to the applicable Quality Specialist to assist them in the generation of CMO-specific performance metrics and any necessary complaint follow-up activities.
- Receive, log and route change controls and cGMP documents for approval
- Ensures rationale for any changes is accurately documented
- Coordinate sending change controls and document approvals back to CMOs.
- Maintain EMQA logs for investigations/deviations associated with external manufacturers

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA degree plus a minimum of two (2) years in a quality assurance role with a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- Knowledge of CFR 21, Part 210, and 211
- Demonstrates the ability to review investigations, change control, Certificate of Analysis and other technical documents
