IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support the rollout of new quality and security standards or versions of standards by assisting with the updating of the quality system and related documentation
-Support the delivery of application software by verifying deliveries and their accompanying documentation
-Ensure the applicable internal standards and procedures are followed by performing regular assessments of running projects using Project Dashboards
-Support the program manager and other team leaders in preparing and updating resource planning and tracking, reports, technical documentation and presentations
-Support the identification and implementation of tools and procedures for the progress follow-up across the various teams

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have a working knowledge of major standards for quality management, software development processes and/or information security
-You have a proven experience of projects in a complex environment
-You have a strong technical background and are able to understand engineering and software development domains
-You have a high analytical capacity and you are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous, service-oriented
-You have very good spoken and written communication skills
-You are able to bring new ideas and to challenge the teams with the objective to support their daily work
-You are able to express yourself clearly and logically in writing technical documentation and reports
-You have a high resistance to stress and are able to quickly switch between different tasks
-You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel (including macro development)
