Quality Assurance Analyst Senior

Our client is a globally popular company based in the Pacific Northwest seeking a SENIOR LEVEL QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST for a premium contract opportunity.

This person will be focused primarily on Test Planning and Execution across the Siebel CRM environment supporting the Loyalty Program and related Marketing Campaigns. This role will specifically focus on data testing with a goal to ensure data quality and accuracy across an integrated environment with an emphasis on ETL testing, source to target mappings, data extracts and input/output from third party vendors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to talk to both technical and non-technical users
- Must have experience with OLAP database and SQL Scripting with an ability to utilize ad hoc query tools (ie TOAD, SQL Plus)
- Experience and understanding of Siebel CRM platform (Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics, or Loyalty) preferred
- Understanding of basic database structures and data stewardship best practices preferred
- Quality Center experience preferred
- Knowledge of effective testing practices and methodologies
- Knowledge of test automation preferred
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with high volume transaction environments
- Ability to work well under pressure and during times of extreme ambiguity
- 5+ years of work experience in software requirements, development or testing with creating and executing quality assurance test plans, scenarios, cases, checklists and scripts

This contract position is expected to be 4 months in duration.
