Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application. Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. Assist with test automation effort. Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management.

- Develop Test Cases for End to End Business User Acceptance Testing
- Develop Resource Planning  for Test Execution
- Provide Analysis for Scope of Testing

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Performs analysis of requirements to determine feasibility for testing.
- Designs, and develops test cases, and ensures that they are properly analyzed and that recommendations to improve test coverage and processes are effective.
- Ensures compliance with established methodologies, processes, standards and tools within the context of the appropriate project delivery process.
- Validates external specifications (requirement/user specifications, functional specifications and architecture) to verify that the specifications are testable.
- Uses professional concepts and company knowledge of objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Analyzes complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Must have experience with Quality Center
- SQL skills desired
- Data Warehouse validation experience desired
- Requires minimum of 3 - 5 years-related experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creates test plans, test cases, and scripts for most complex applications and ensures they support testing objectives.
- Ensures tests are executed and analyzed properly.
- Supervises and participates in test case development, documentation and execution of tests.
- Ensures any unresolved problems or issues are properly documented, escalated and monitored.
- Tracks problems identified during testing activities (Lead).
- Reviews testing documentation deliverables.
- Identifies documents and communicates project quality risks for the Risk Mitigation Strategy and Escalation Process.
- Provides support to the IT Project Manager to ensure defects are reported and managed appropriately.
- Escalates all unresolved issues to management.
- Contributes and reviews the test strategy and test approach.
- Conducts client interviews in order to perform requirements and prepare appropriate documentation and presentation materials to communicate and validate the information.
