Quality Assurance Analyst Job

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Parsippany, NJ.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Create Test Cases and Test Plans
- Work with automation tools, Selenium preferred
- Work in a Web and application environment

What You'll Be Doing:
- Create Test Cases and Test Plans
- Work with automation tools
- Work in a Web and application environment
- Will not lead but will be to "right hand" for the lead QA
- Develop, maintain, improve and document quality control processes
- Manage QA testing
- Manage bug tracking, issue remediation and regression testing with Development team
- Audit results and processes and recommend efficiencies
- Evaluate, train and manage QA resources
- Take responsibility for ensuring deliverables are compliant to technical specifications and free of defect

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a Software Test or QA role with at least two (2) years in a management position
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solutions oriented
- Able to produce results independently, ask for help when needed, and escalate issues when appropriate
- Committed to ensuring quality assurance process is applied to developed software/websites/website applications; test for functionality, accuracy and adherence to specifications; perform functional, integration, interface, database, performance and regression testing
