Quality Assurance Analyst/Derby/contract/investment banking

My client is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to drive performance by providing feedback to operational managers and individuals within the EMEA Service Centre on performance against quality objectives and targets.

This will be delivered by auditing and benchmarking the quality of output provided by individual analysts throughout the Centre and providing high quality and actionable feedback to management and colleagues.

Skills:

- Experience in a quality assurance or audit role within a service/contact centre, servicing or processing environment.
- Experience of continuous improvement and implementation of improved processes
- Communication/Influencing skills - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and motivation skills with the ability to influence, question and listen
- Have the ability to work to specific objectives and deliver or exceed these is essential
- Flexible, positive with a can do attitude
- Ability to source information and disseminate into must know and nice to know troubleshooting by delivering appropriate development/training plans
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office
