Purpose and Description: 
This Senior Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst position will report to the IT Manager of Care Delivery, Regional Application Delivery for the Georgia Region and will primarily complete testing artifacts and conducting tests on various software including Epic Electronic Medical Record modules using Quality Center. The incumbent work as part of a multi-disciplinary technical and business project team in providing QA estimates and testing solutions in a large scale integrated environment. We are looking for an individual with strong collaboration and communication abilities in addition to the required technical skills for this challenging position. 

The Georgia Care Delivery Team is part of the IT Group and provides management of full project life cycle solutions to the client Georgia region. 

Essential Functions: 
Develop, document and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, defects and other test artifacts 
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results. 
Document and manage priority and status of software defects, using HP Quality Center. 
Ensure validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements. 
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes. 
Communicate with business partners, project managers, business analysts and developers. 
Provide estimates to complete testing as part of project estimation as required. 
Support user acceptance testing or third party (vendor) testing. 
Review software documentation (workflows, requirements, LSDDs) to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness to mitigate risks. 

Required Experience: 

These are the MUST HAVE items. If a candidate does not have these then they will be rejected. 

5 years experience testing experience with either SQL, Oracle database, or Cache.*This is an OR statement you do not need all 3 items* 
5 years experience performing Quality Assurance using Quality Center. 
Experience using and/or testing any Epic products..*Certification is NOT required* 
Experience in Health Care Industry. 

Preferred Experience: 
These are things that we would like to see, but are NOT required to fill the position. These are NOT disqualifying items

Experience with test automation using Quick Test Pro. 
Epic Certification. 

Required Education: 
BA/BS degree (Computer Science concentration preferred) or equivalent experience (equivalent years for experience submissions must be cleared prior to submitting the candidates)
