QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

SUMMARY:

As the Quality Assurance Analyst you will be w orking with the development team and business, analysing test requirements, creating and documenting test plans and test cases in a structured and reusable format. Your QA background must include 3+ years' experience with SSIS, SSRS, and experience in MS Visual Studio development IDE for database and data comparison, ETL and test data generation. Your responsibilities include executing component tests, system tests, integration tests, regression tests, performance tests, end-to-end tests and user acceptance tests in accordance with agreed test cases and test plans. Recording bugs and following up to resolution. Timely and accurate reporting of test progress, risks & issues, in addition to assisting in the improvement of testing processes. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with MULTIPLE OPENINGS!

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years' experience with SSIS and SSRS - SSAS proficiency a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio development IDE for database and data comparison, ETL and test data generation
- Experience in Transact SQL (TSQL) development, especially in stored procedure and views
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
- Exposure to Data Warehouse/BI tools/SQL and related technologies a plus
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts, practices, and procedures a plus
- Experience with large transaction processing systems a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment.
- Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
- Maintain high standards of work and composure in challenging situations
