IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Ensure smooth processes in the QA department by taking the responsibility to do carefully and reliable the preparation work (e.g. for release) and by performing the necessary administrative work
-Release the documents for repackaging orders performed by external warehouse, Release the shipments under quarantine
-Initiate destruction of transport damages
-Sent accompanying letters on own account
-Perform release preparation independently and reliably (check release documents and packaging material against approved master)
-Write PSA’s and ensure their implementation
-Help to maintain the quality of goods in the market
-Preparation work for release of goods to the market
-Inform about and log observed deviations (e.g. release documents)
-Responsible for QA part to ensure new launches on time
-Responsible for stock out handling from QA side
-Tracking of CAPA ’s in different electronic systems (Audits, Deviation, Quality Events etc.) and their monthly reporting
-Order office material needed for QA department
-Release samples destruction

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Apprenticeship in Natural science (e.g. laboratory technician, aide in Pharmacy, bachelor degree in natural sciences)
-Languages: MINIMUM: German, English, French as advantage
-Experience: Several years professional experience in analytics, quality assurance, production, distribution or pharmacy
-Knowledge of production / lab processes needed to understand and evaluate deviation / OOS / Complaints
-Tidy and reliable work needed to administrate documents
-Experience how to push partners in order to keep timelines for release, CAPA close out, contract closing
