QUALITY AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - GENERAL PROCUREMENT PROCESS FULFILLMENT SUPPORT - QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT - ASSISTANT QUALITY AND OPERATION DEPARTMENT

1. GENERAL PROCUREMENT PROCESS FULFILMENT SUPPORT (40%)

(1). Assist General Procurement Purchase process fulfilment: preparing purchase request upon the request and needs from business departments, track down the delivery and complete acceptance based on deliverables, assist Finance in closing the related purchase payment.

(2). Report bi-weekly General Procurement Purchase Monitoring status

(3). Assist General Procurement KPI tracking and improvement

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT (40%)

(1). Facilitate bi-monthly compliance test of Lead-to-Cash process: organize and assure the quality of compliance test: sampling, operation in system and coordinate between all parties until final report with high quality submitted

(2). Support promotional communication on topic of quality culture: create and send out serial emails, create and manage quality quizzes, create and manage promotional boards, work with functional areas for quality promotion and improvement, organize internal and external trainings

(3). Support in operation management: data maintenance in IT system, create reports, organize meetings, data and information collection

3. ASSISTANT QUALITY AND OPERATION DEPARTMENT (20%)

(1). Responsible for arrangement of team meeting and event

(2). Assist Quality and Operation director
