QUALITY ANALYST - ONLINE SHOPPING WITH SQL SKILLS WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT IN THE IT SERVICE SECTOR.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree or being currently enrolled in university besides expertise in Online Shopping and E-commerce would be an advantage
- VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN SQL
- Strong web research and analytical skills
- Solid working experience as a Quality Operations Analyst
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Researching and monitoring the pharmaceutical regulatory environment
- Identifying areas of concern and interest to improve the quality of the E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results
- Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance the data quality
- Developing and sharing practices for data quality investigation and analysis
