Quality Analyst (Infrastructure - Swedish Language Must)

REQUIRED SKILLS: ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy, Monitoring Tools (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA) - SWEDISH LANGUAGE MUST

JOB TITLE: QUALITY ANALYST (INFRASTRUCTURE)

LOCATION: BUDAPEST, HUNGARY 

START DATE: IMMEDIATE

RATE: NEGOTIABLE IN EUR

Experience in years 4 To 5 years
Relevant Experience 2 To 4 years
Qualification Graduate
Certifications (Mandatory) ITIL Foundation
Certifications (Optional) MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA (knowledge) and Six Sigma Certification would be preferred

TECHNICAL SKILL SET (OPTIONAL):
Knowledge on various products & technologies would be an added advantage.
Understanding of Infrastructure components would be preferred
Knowledge/Understanding of Microsoft Exchange would be an added advantage.
Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
Work experience on ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy, Monitoring Tools.

ITIL:
Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.

SOFT SKILLS:
Excellent in verbal, written communication, presentation skills
Analysis - Strong Analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from data
Reports - Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports
Problem solving abilities.
Can perform under stressful and stringent timelines with minimal help with ownership
Preferred knowledge on any of the foreign language ( Swedish)

RESPONSIBILITY & DELIVERABLES:
Knowledge: Understanding of the process, evaluation & feedback, reporting and analysis.
Should be able to handle & achieve the departmental requirements
Have knowledge of different policies and procedures
Customer Handling is must
Maintaining secrecy of data
The candidate should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment
Should be able to work in Shift Timings
Good Knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function, Able to conduct Audits & drive quality initiatives.
Analytical bent of mind
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter
Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts.
Strong problem resolution skills required.
