Qualified Social Worker - Wandsworth

The successful Social Worker will have experience of:

* Working with children, young people and families
* Providing access to Child Protection Plans during 'out of hours' periods and provide valuable information to other designated agencies
* Providing direct support for foster carers and children looked after by the Authority. It will attempt to find vacancies and make placements in those situations that require such action
* The Emergency Duty Team has links with a wide range of other Agencies that it can contact to try to assist with the resolution of a problem

* A Qualified social worker (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
* Be HCPC Registered
* Be eligible to work within the UK
* Be a car driver
