Qualified Social Worker - Various Teams

Our client has a job vacancy for a Qualified Social Worker to work within various teams such as Children in Need (CIN), Children in Care (CIC) and Children with Disabilities (CWD) based in Aylesbury. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £28-30 per hour (limited company worker).

Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have at least 2 years recent post qualifying UK experience?
Do you have previous experience working as a QSW within a statutory CP setting?

If you have suit these requirements then you could be the ideal candidate.

Duties:
- You will be dealing with initial enquiries.
- You will be carrying out initial and core assessments.
- You will be care planning.
- You will be liaising with other departments and agencies to resolve issues.
- You will be carrying out court work, if and when required.
- You will be responding to child protection/Section 47 concerns.
- You will be conducting joint enquiry interviews.
