Qualified Social Worker - Older People - Kensington

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker in Kensington, London, to work in an Adult Social Services Department. This position will be based in an Older Persons Team.

This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include -
* Adult Safeguarding work
* Working with Physical Disabilities
* A team of 18
* Older adults (60 )
* Reviews and Reassessments
* Mental Capacity Assessments

There is an excellent rate of pay, with working hours being Monday to Friday 9-5. Flexibility on working hours may be offered.

In order to be considered for the role, you must have the following -
* A degree or Masters in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)
* HCPC registration

You must be a Qualified Social Worker with Post qualifying experience within Adult Social Services.
