Qualified Social Worker | Locality | Hertfordshire

We are looking for Qualified Social Workers / Senior Practitioners with significant experience of statutory child care work, including long term child protection and court work to join Locality teams in Apsley & Stevenage, Hertfordshire, paying £28 per hour.

You will be required to represent the Local Authority at court and be responsible for multiple court work cases.

You should have experience of preparing court statements, giving evidence in court and providing clear verbal and written reports to child protection conferences, reviews, planning meetings and any other purpose as required.

The Council's aim is to continue to drive up standards, putting innovative, evidence based ideas into practice and build upon their good Ofsted Inspection.

You should hold a recognised Social Work Qualification, be HCPC registered and have experience in child protection teams.
