Qualified Social Worker-Child Protection-North West

I am looking to recruit a qualified social worker to join a Child Protection Team that deals with both long-term and short-term work. My client is a local authority, based in the North West. They are looking to interview candidates immediately with the objective of starting employment as soon as possible.

On offer is the potential for a lucrative on-going contract where you could earn up to £30 per hour for the right candidate. You will be responsible for undertaking initial/core assessments, from referral, section 47 investigations and managing cases through care proceedings.

To be considered for this position, ideally you will be;

* A qualified social worker with a minimum of one year post-qualified experience
* Experienced in children's safeguarding
* Experienced in initial/core assessments
* Experienced in long term child protection
* HCPC registered and with an up to date DBS
